Heres a break down of what each fraternity is like.
For Southern fraternities Mostly from Texas( In no order)
Phi delt/ SAE/ FIJI/ SX/ KS
Sporty frats
Sig ep/ Lambda
California frat
Phi kapp
Grade fraternities
Beta/ Pi Kapp/
This is not to bash on any of them, just some of the reps they have and to give a better idea of what each is like

Country Club: Sae
Ranch guys: phi delt
Sporty: lambda/ phi kapp
Grades: pi kapp/ sig Ep
Random: Fiji/ delt
Good overall: kappa sig/ sigma chi
I wouldn't consider sigma chi, kappa sig, or much less Fiji a Texas fraternity as sigma chi and kappa sig are both very good but take plenty of out of state guys and other guys that I don't think would embody Texas. As far as Fiji, they are completely random/ irrelevant and I think they try and feed off of the success of other Fiji chapters through out Texas

Sigma Chi is def a southern fraternity. They pull a lot from Texas. Delt isnt random at all, they focus on grades. Fiji's last class was almost all from in state. The only fratertinties on campus they doesnt really do much is delt and beta just because they are new

it's funny to see all these other fraternities at TCU thinking that they can party. the only fraternities that are respected at TCU throught out the state are SAE and Phi delt. i guess all the others listed are okay at TCU but they have no respect out of that school i guess.
