The top 2 fraternities at TCU are definitely SAE and Phi Delt. These two will remain at the top, they consistently bring in good pledge classes. then Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi come in as the next top houses. cool guys, just dont throw many parties, probation might be the cause. Then it seems like it is all the rest

If you want brotherhood/ good parties, then in no particular order, look into phi delt, sigma chi, fiji, sae, kappa sig, phi kapp.

there is no top 4. Tcu is not competitive enough and until it gets houses, there is not a difference. As long as you join a fratertinty that has pledgeship, parties, and brotherhood, you will have the best time of your life.
