I'l admit that sigma chi is gettin better but Kappa SIg, Phi Delt, and SAE will be in a class of their own for the foreseeable future

I'm pretty sure Greek life office wants those traditional top 3 to go down. How else can you explain the cracking down on all those houses and probation for a full year for kappa sig. Plus the new early bid signing is really helping other fraternities climb up since they no longer lose guys they've given a bid to in formal rush. It's really not as crazy as it sounds...

I feel you on the conspriacy theory...

TCU hired Shannon Summerlin, see was a big part of taking a bite out of the greek life of SMU. Kicked KA off while she was there and came down hard on some of the others. SMU once had one of most pro-greek life campus in the state now its a shell of its former self.
