I'd say that's a pretty solid list, obviously people will interchange some. Here is my opinion though:

1. Phi Delt
2. SAE
3. Kappa Sig (stock is falling though)
4. Sigma Chi (rising)
5. Lambda (falling)
6. Pi Kapp
7. Sig Ep
8. Delt
9. Fiji
10. Phi Kap

You give a frat a particular rating, and then ask yourself how many guys in XYZ frat do you actually know?
If the answer is zero or just what you heard, how can you rank that fraternity?
Everyone is allowed to have their own opinions but maybe next time you should actually get to know someone or go to one of their parties?

While I agree with your order, you should know that Pi Kapp is Pi Kappa Phi, not Pi Kappa Alpha (which is reffered to as Pike at schools where that fraternity exists, such as SMU).

yes lambda chi is on this campus, they just aren't listed on this site for some reason. They are upper mid-tier.

Phi Delt isn't listed either but they are top-tier.
