Without ranking, what houses pull the same type PNMs?

I’m curious if y’all could group together the houses without ranking, but more by the kind of PNMs they typically pull, or which houses pull or attract the the same PNMs?? I know they’re all good, so I’m not really asking or curious about the
different personal preferences I see on here.

GPB/KAT/SK- west coast vibe/ bohemian types/chill girls

AOPI/ADPI- very inclusive, sweet and smart

Theres also a rank somewhere on here (it may be spammed wayyyy back) that ranks but also describes each house in a few sentences. That might be helpful for more of a vibe of each house

So chi o theta kappa and Tri delt all pull from the same crowd but chi o always gets the top recruits/ top/best PNMs while kappa takes the leftovers and theta and Tri delt take whatever is remaining from kkg.
Dg and pi phi rush the same girls.
Zeta sigma kappa and Gphi rush the same girls
Aopi Axo and adpi ans phi mu get the same girls but not necessarily rush

That’s pretty much what I’ve heard, can you describe what makes them different?
Also, I’ve heard that DG & Zeta pull a lot from California or have more of a California vibe?? Is that true of Pi phi too?
