Thank you for the updated post. You can never get everyone to agree but this rank reflects how houses do rise and fall yearly according to how hard they work to reach excellence or how badly they let their standards fall. This is a fair list!

The only thing I'd change is moving Tri Delt down by Kappa and SK up with Gphi and DG. Then I'd call it good!

This is a good ranking but I might move Tri Delta to the end of the second tier with all the issues they've had. I don't know if I'd drop them a tier, but I'd put them after DG.

Good, but I'd reorganize the tiers a little bit.

Zeta, Theta, Chi O
DG, Tri Delt, Gamma Phi
Sigma Kappa, Kappa, A Chi O, Pi Phi

The groups are definitely tri delt kappa and chio together, pi phi zeta and dg together. Theta, given they are big into gpa, they would probably be in their own league, but some still go out. Not as many though. Then all the rest. I dont put either groups above another, because each has what they are good for and not.
