2020 Honest Fraternity Tiers Part 2

Lower Mid Continued...

Delt- Check the New York Post to see how they were decimated for hazing a few years ago. They lost their house for a year plus all social events with alcohol not to mention almost anyone involved in the fraternity. They were very close to having their charter revoked. They are in the same boat as Sig Chi.
Stereotype: Crazy, sometimes not for the best (hazing)
Sorority Partners: Unknown


Sig Nu- Have potential with some of the guys they had been rushing recently, but have yet to translate that into success for the fraternity. Most guys are weird with a few diamonds in the rough. They mostly recruit for academics. They were considered bottom house until Phi Kap came along, so that helped them, but they need to put together some good events.
Stereotype: Mixed bag of weirdos and cool guys
Sorority Partners: AXO/G Phi

Bottom

Phi Kap- Took the mantle of new house from Sig Nu. They give bids to any guy that rushes so it will be a few years until they become selective. They may get a good guy or two in rush but that's only because they take huge classes. Long time until they have a chance of being relevant.
Stereotype: Brand new. Easy to get a bid
Sorority Partners: G Phi/AXO/Phi Mu

Phi Delt- One of the smallest fraternities on campus with supposed emphasis on “brotherhood”. That’s just an excuse to cover up one of the worst social calendars. They don’t mix with many sororities, don’t have many events, and don’t stand out academically.
Stereotype: Ghosts, Wannabe SAE/Kappa Sig
