How are Phi Kapp and Phi delt middle tier and sigma nu bottom tier? Switch them then the rankings are alright

1. Pi Kap Overall best rounded houses
2. Sig Ep Could switch 2 and 3, Sig Ep
3. Lambda is better looking/grades.
Lambda Throw hard though

4. Beta - Most of them suck. I’ll put them here for highest grade and engagement. Some are studs though

5. Delt These houses are pretty similar.
6. Sig Nu from all over country. diverse. All
7. Phi Kap. seem to have some studs, but
also some not the best guys.

8. Kappa sig - used to be good house. a lot of trouble with fsl really ruined them

9. SAE - Some good guys. Terrible Grades. Bad parties.
10. Fiji - I don’t think I have to explain this one. They do mixers with top houses but be fooled.
11. Phi Delt - They’re sorta irreverent on campus. Seems good brotherhood. Just not active in social or campus much

Sig Chi is in a weird spot with all that went on with them. Somewhere in middle.
