special snowflakes and helicopter moms?

Why so many helicopter moms on here?

Just because your special snowflake has a 4.0, was in involved with 10 different organizations and president of the student body does NOT mean they are any different from the other hundreds of girls going through recruitment. Almost every girl who goes through has good grades, recs, was involved in school and had friends. These things do NOT separate you from the rest.\n\n\n\n\nYou are NOT a member of any of the sororities therefore it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to speak on behalf of membership selection. It's private and something only we in the organizations know of. Hell, some houses can't even talk about membership selection to a member who was out of the room during any discussion of memberships or the selection process.
