what makes a house a top house at tcu

i transferred from another school and the houses that were top there were the houses with a lot of campus-involved girls who did leadership things and the strong academic ones. the bottom houses were similar to bottom houses here but it seems as if here at TCU the mid tier houses are girls who are very studious while the party houses are top houses. At my old school (which is OU btw) it’s the opposite. Like houses similar to dg and Zeta would never be top houses at my old school like it is here. Theta, kappa, and Tri delts are top houses at OU.

It really depends on the person here I think. Personally, I think chapters that are really involved are ranked higher to me, but that is not always the case to others. Grades is something people bring up each semester, but I really dont think it affects ranking here.
