LOL. OK, I'm sure you're a rushee who has gone to an event from every fraternity and can now adequately judge and rank all of them in your first week on campus. When was the last time SAE even signed/initiated a class of more than 20? Three years ago. They are fading fast.

Get ready for a big shakeup in the Greek this year. Bye.

phi delt is one of the top tiers and really shouldn't be put below KSig and SAE

but this list is pretty accurate

Phi Delt has had two bad pledge classes the last two years. their best class, by far, just graduated. I think Phi Delt's spot on that list is too generous

The "top house" is always the one you are connected to. That's human nature. It's that simple and that complicated. Your connected to people you like but that mean someone else will. Plus with new people houses change every year.
