Both are good. SAE has more of a party boy reputation but it varies by rush class.

Phi Delt has gone down this year. There is straight up no denying what everyone with eyes can see.

SAE is about to be, if they aren't already, the smallest chapter at TCU. This year they only got around 17 pledges and last year they only got around 20.. Most of the fraternities got 30+. That and with a good amount of SAE's falling/dropping out every semester, they are becoming less and less relevant each semester

SAE just like their sorority of choice Tri Delta was so "exclusive" no one cares about either anymore. They do nothing and are never seen.

SAE isn't trying to have the largest house! They focus on Texas families that are wealthy and have a strong legacy. TCU used to get it before so many out of state people f'd things up. Stay in your own state or stop hating on us who do.
