sig ep suspension posts keep disappearing?

Heard a lot about how a rushee was sent to the hospital at a boat party because he got alcohol poisoning. Are they still suspended? And if thats the case will they still be able to take a pledge class? because they have been telling me that there is nothing to worry about & that its safe to rush them
