Is it preferable for TCU PNMs to submit headshots or full body (or both) with their rec letters? In the North, PNMs don't usually submit a professional headshot but it seems many do in the South. I hope that wouldn’t go against her to just only have submitted a more casual, full body shot taken at a party.

The photo is to make sure we can identify her when she walks through the door the first day. We study the photos to remember faces before rush. If the photo allows us to do that then that's fine. A lot of girls want to look their very best to impress us right off the bat and make themselves a more desirable pnm, which does help them TBH. That's why pro head shots and full body are the ones that pnm's in the know submit.
