What is the voting process like of each pnm in the sororities?

Each chapter does it differently. It's nothing for you to be concerned about. If you join a sorority then you will learn how your chapter does it. If you are a pnm then you need to be focusing on the things you have control over; getting your recs and how you present yourself to the sororities.
