tri delt, g phi, adpi?

I'm going through recruitment this fall, and I am seeing a lot of dislike for these three chapters on this site. Is there a specific reason for why people don't like these chapters at all?

Tridelt is last in grades... they just aren’t the smartest.
ADPi is easiest to get bid from... nobody really hates on them
Never see GPhi hate?

I agree with the comments above. The G Phis I know are really smart, really fun, and really involved. They all seem to be happy with their house - don't know any who've dropped out anyway. When I see them ranked in the bottom it makes me kind of laugh because seriously I don't know anyone who would rank them that low. I think it's probably because they're not on here all the time like some houses.

G Phi is still kind of new but has done really well considering it's hard to start at the bottom. Anyway some of the hate is because they've surpassed some of the houses that have been here longer.

I have a lot of g phi friends and they absolutely love it, I don’t see a lot of people hating on them. If anything it’s because they are newer than a lot of the chapters at TCU, and with that comes some unnecessary criticism.
