2019 frat rank part 2

Kappa Sig- This years version of Delt. Sent a kid to the hospital while hazing yet somehow did not get the same punishments as Delt. Nevertheless, they are a heavy southern fraternity with a big rivalry against SAE. Interesting to see where they go next year with pledgeship after the incident. They are the latest victim of IFC.
Stereotype: Southern “Cowboys”

Sig Nu- Had a lot of potential with some of they guys they had been rushing recently, but have yet to translate that into success for the whole fraternity. Most of the guys are weird with a few diamonds in the rough. They mostly recruit for academics right now. They were considered bottom house until Phi Kap came along, so that will help them a lot. They need to get organized and put together some good events first though.
Stereotype: Unorganized and mixed bag of weirdos and cool guys


Phi Kap- Came back this year and took the mantle of new house from Sig Nu. Right now they are giving a bid to any guy that can speak English so it will be a few years until they get their numbers up and start to become selective. They may get a good guy or two in rush but that's only because they take in 50 and someone might slide through the cracks. Long time until they have a chance of being relevant, maybe 4 years.
Stereotype: Brand new- gives bids away like candy

Phi Delt- One of the smallest fraternities on campus with supposed emphasis on “brotherhood”. That’s just an excuse to cover up one of the worst social calendars ever. They don’t mix with anyone, don’t have many events, and don’t stand out academically. Extremely irrelevant
