do homeschoolers go through rush?

by:

I'm homeschooled 2nd grade - 12th, and headed to TCU. I'm not worried about academics, because I've taken Courses at the community college since I was 14.
I'm now 18 and accepted into TCU next year. I do want to join a sorority. Do many homeschoolers go through rush?

I was homeschooled too and it never put me at a disadvantage during recruitment. If anything, people thought it was cool. I know of a couple others that went through it as well. Once you get to college, that label fades anyway. You’re going to be viewed the exact same as people that went to private, public, or even boarding schools. Just be yourself and be proud of your accomplishment! It’s not easy to get into tcu and being homeschooled isn’t as nerdy as people think it is anymore. Good luck!

I was homeschool/online school and it didn’t affect me. Sororities are looking for girls they could see as their friends/sisters and who they think will get involved on campus and contribute to the chapter.
