Tri delt is considered a top house by majority of people at TCU and is highly desired by PNMS but not tiered above ZTA or Chi O. Unless you meant them all to be at equal order of top tier I would say
ZTA / DG / CHI O / DDD / Pi Phi

Upper Middle (all 3 of these could be considered top depending on who you ask, which is accurate considering they all are very well respected/get good invites): Theta, Chi O, Tri Delt
Lower Middle: SK, GPhi, Phi Mu
Bottom: AXO, ADPi, AOPi

Sigma Kappa is coming up on the rise. When a house has a lot of cheer or showgirls, that’s an advantage and nowadays it seems like most showgirls are in SigKap as they were first mostly in DG

You guys wanna say Tri Delt is a top house okay but Tri Delts don’t have a great reputation and you are most likely to see a Sig Kap on barstool smokeshows as opposed to Tri Delt
