if I rush as a sophomore but transfer from two other schools in Oklahoma and have a 3.6 GPA with some connections what is the chance I get into a top sorority ?

yes just make sure you have recommendations and letters of support for every single sorority

GPA is important, but not a deciding factor. What is more important is personality and how you click with the girls in the houses.
