UPPER MIDDLE: Sig Chi / Pi Kap (Great reputation, just not top tier Very Selective)

MIDDLE: Beta / Sig Nu / FIJI (Great PCs in recent years, reputation rising, Selective bidding but very easy pledgeship )

LOWER MIDDLE: SAE / Kappa Sig (Worse PCs in recent years, stagnant reputation, Less selective but tough pledgeship)

BOTTOM: Delt / Phi Delt / Phi Kap (Reputation falling fast or new and taking everybody)

Funny how fraternity reputations have changed in the last 4 years but sororities tend to stay for awhile.
