I think it really depends on major, gpa, and effort you put into your application. If your grades are not a good as you would have liked, maybe write about it and you could also consider doing early decision. If you are looking for scholarships, that may not be a good choice! Also, try to show that tcu is your dream school. They want people who really want to be here.

if it really is your dream school make your you say that somewhere in your application! they want people who want them. also, make sure you apply early action or early decision NOT REGULAR DECISION. I have a friend who had the same GPA and test scores as me and applied regular decision and she didn't get it but I did.
