Which sororities really emphasize grades? I want to go to medical school so I have to make good grades in college. I still want to party and have fun, but I realize that some houses are known more for the partying side and care less about grades.

All three of these houses are primarily made up of women with high academic goals. They would be a great fit for you.

Ditto to other posts. These 3 will fit you best. If you want to be social some too then narrow it to Chi O and G Phi and if you don't want to go out much look at Theta.

Just as posted by others, you should focus on Chi O, Gamma Phi and Theta. The first two are the more social of the three. All have intelligent girls that have high goals.

Chi Os have more girls in easier majors I think. I am in the sciences and have Thetas and Gamma Phis in class but not even one Chi O. That's not to say they're not smart because they always have high grades. But if you're looking for study buddies or sisters that you'll work with later in your professional life, go Theta or Gamma Phi.

The triple threat academic houses are considered ChiO O, Gamma Phi and Theta. Those with an interest in medical studies will find the largest number of like minded girls in Gamma Phi and Chi O. Chi O has more Education Majors etc which makes the high GPA easier to maintain. Theta is less social than other houses. Gamma Phi and Chi O balance studies with being more social.
