rushing a frat while on financial aid

During rush, are there ways which fraternities can find out if you're on financial aid? Does it play a role in if you get a bid or not? I can afford dues and other expenses and don't look poor at all and I have a very high GPA, but I do receive a large financial aid package. Would a fraternity not give a bid to a chill, genuine person who can afford dues and expenses just because of that person's large financial aid package? I'd appreciate honest answers
