Does Pi Phi generally give some bids to out of state girls (California girls to be specific)? Or is that rare?

There is a good mix of bids! This year's pledge class had a lot of girls from California but there are still girls from all over the place!

yes the best girls from California go Pi Phi. They got many amazing Cali girls last year and they were the cream of the crop. they party classy, not dirty/sloppy like dg and kappa who have ruined their rep and their standing here by behaving so disgracefully.
