If you look at the discussion "sorority rankings" by truth, you'll see that that's dead on.
If I had to rank them, I would say
Top: Chi O, Pi Phi, Zeta
Top Middle: Kappa, GPhi, Theta, Tri Delt
Bottom Middle: DG, AXO, SK
Bottom: ADPi, AOPi
