Nationally, these 3 are the strongest/best houses overall and are USUALLY top or mid-tier at most schools.
PIPHI, THETA, are strong but not top or mid-tier as often across the country as the Super 3.
CHIO, DDD, ZETA, GPB are strong but top less often than the above.
AXO, KD, ADPi, AGD are top only on occasion and are slightly more regional.
AXD is never top and not nearly in the same category as the above.
PHIMU, AEPHI, SDT, DPE, AOPI are even weaker than AXD.
SSS, PSS, ASA, TPA are just totally unknown, generally speaking.

Y’all this is nationally obviously these aren’t the ranks here. But APhi is very strong nearly everywhere but the South, Kappa has a huge national presence and has lots of strong chapters throughout the country. DG is arguable IMO they’re good on the west coast but it’s a toss up in other regions. I think Theta would move up because they’re good on the west coast, great in Texas, etc.
Also this is a GR admin post because it’s on sooo many schools’ pages

Why am I getting sucked into this?
AOPi and PhiMu are middle tier around the country. AOPi is one of the largest, nationally, so that says something. Both, nationally, are above AXiD.
Theta is really strong, as are DDD, Chi O, Zeta and, for the most part, PiPhi. I'd put them on the same level nationally as your top 3.
You forgot AST. There's 26 total, so you're forgetting others, but it's like 4 am, so I'm too tired to try to figure it out.
