I went into recruitment thinking that Theta was one of the best houses on campus. After recruitment and after talking with other PNM's, it seems that a lot of people were disappointed with Theta. What happened?

They are highly respected if you didn't like them I imagine you want to party so good luck with those groups. It's all about a personal focus.

Theta is always one of the top houses and well liked. If they weren't for you then we hope you found the group that fit you best.

Nothing happened. Theta is still a top house. If you are looking for girls that party hard it wouldn't fit you but that doesn't mean anything negative.
