All true. It all depends on what you want in a house, but Pi Phi, DG, and ZTA are definitely the most social and outgoing houses. Most mixers/formals/date nights/invites to events. Everyone looks for different things in sororities, this is a big part of these houses.

Definitely ZTA, pi phi, and DG are the most fun and chill to party and hang out with. Kappa and DDD are fun too, but tend to be more exclusive/hang out with the same fraternities. Generally, those chapters have the best mixers and events everyone wants an invite to

Chi O: most well rounded. Great grades, yet still have a full social calendar. Everyone always wants an invite to owleen and crush. Probably the top chapter in my mind because they know how to have fun without being sloppy.

Zeta, pi phi, DG: Known for being at all the parties and being pretty. Very social and outgoing. Always the life of the party and can make anything fun.

Tri Delt, kappa: super fun and popular. typically only hang out with SAE and phi Delt. Known as the Texan houses and can be exclusive, but in a desirable way.

those are the most social and popular houses. PNMs are typically satisfied with a bid from any of the top 6.

If you're quoting a direct event line 'owleen,' you're clearly a Chi O. Fantastic and wonderful house, but NOT a social house.

Honestly very true. Fine if you care about grades, but part of joining a sorority is to meet people on campus.

totally agree with this. sororities are a social thing, you make your own grades. you might as well join a fun one.
any pnm would be lucky to get a bid from any of the top 6

Traditionally the top 6 have always been (in no order) XO, KKG, DDD, ZTA, PBP, DG. I would also consider putting KAT up there too. They're desirable chapters, but honestly it really doesn't mean anything. The Panhellenic community at TCU is so strong. All the chapters are amazing. You can't go wrong!!

I'm glad someone finally said the truth. These are definitely the most social houses, and (to be honest) the ones that pnms are most excited to have on bid day.

I think they meant that a lot of people on this site talk badly about the more social sororities for partying, even though all of our sororities' GPAs are within a point or two of each other. So grades shouldn't really be a factor while choosing a house because everyone has such a close GPA anyway
