Word is that bids have already been verbally given. If a guy doesn't have one, should he even bother rushing? Seriously asking

a lot of rushing does go on during summer, but you can still rush during school / formal rushing, so you're fine
I would definitely recommend pledging at TCU, it's fun and a lot of people are involved in Greek here

A majority of bids are given out during the summer and prior to formal IFC rush but there is still a chance to get a bid

Good amount of bids are handed out the few days before school starts when you're moved into your dorm.
