pre-recruitment xo and ddd

I have friends that attend a certain Christian camp and they are telling me they are being reached out to by these two sororities. How true are the pre-selection rumors I am hearing about these groups? It doesn't really make you want to give much effort to them if they already know who they want.

Good houses but be prewarned without insider connections don't get your hearts set on this.

Do not worry about this at all. Everyone knows this so focus on the other good houses.

For the record, I was rushed really hard by one of these houses and ended up getting a bid from them (they were my second choice, so I didn't end up in that house, but I still think it's a great house!).
I didn't go to any special summer camp and I didn't grow up in Texas.
Give every house an equal chance during rush, despite rumors you read on this site.
