Zetas are very glamorous and focused on looks and appearances and having a good social calendar is also a high priority for them. there are a lot of zetas who are very involved on campus and leadership but there are also a lot who focus just on partying. they have a reputation of not being the nicest girls but obviously this can't be true for every girl in the chapter so there are of course some nice zetas. from what I have seen, academics aren't a big priority for zetas but there are still plenty of girls who are very dedicated to their academics and majors.
some people love zeta and some people would rather be a gdi before being a eta so it really depends on your priorities. you'll just have to see how you feel about it during recruitment. good luck!!
