Delt and beta will never be that high Haha bring up the Texas houses a little more cuz they're way better than both delt and beta they are just more exclusive

times have changed... only good "texas" house left is kappa sig which doesn't even stay in texas or even the south a lot of the time. you can't just build a good house like that with demographic of tcu changing.

Ranking beta and delt over SAE and Kappa Sig is ridiculous. Top tier fraternities are Lambda, Pi Kapp, SAE and Kappa Sig

I would say kappa sig is 100% better than phi delt now but the Texas houses are the only ones with real pledgeship. Kappa sig is For sure in the top few with pi kapp and lambda but sae and phi delt r more middle now the way they've been taking some randos I would say it goes
I would say no particular order in the tiers just kinda where they would be placed.
