I would say kappa sig is 100% better than phi delt now but the Texas houses are the only ones with real pledgeship. Kappa sig is For sure in the top few with pi kapp and lambda but sae and phi delt r more middle now the way they've been taking some randos I would say it goes
I would say no particular order in the tiers just kinda where they would be placed.
Kappa sig/lambda/pikap
Sig ep/sae/sigmachi/phidelt
Fiji/delt

Nobody at this school thinks Sigma Nu is anything better than absolute bottom than actual Sigma Nus.

times have changed... only good "texas" house left is kappa sig which doesn't even stay in texas or even the south a lot of the time. you can't just build a good house like that with demographic of tcu changing.
