Some of this is right and some if it's wrong. SAE got a terrible pledge class and I wouldn't consider them that high before that (much lower). Phi Delt also didn't get a good PC the last two years. The "Texas" fraternities aren't what they used to be except Kappa Sig.
I'd switch Pi Kapp and Sigma Chi too. FIJI got easily the worst PC.

Says the guy who thinks Pi Kapp> Sig Chi. Kappa Sig has straight losers in their pledge class this year and mooches off SAE for stuff. SAE is top this year and has proved so by continuing to hang with top sororities.
