Did all the chapters meet their quota this year?

Who cares so many girls dropped out of recruitment this year it made everyone's chapters smaller

AOPi is the only one that didn't make quota and they were short by a huge amount.

snap bids usually only happen if a) a lot of girls dropped out of recruitment. When this happens sometimes almost all chapters are pretty much have to do snaps. or b) a particular chapter cut way to many girls during rounds 1 or 2 or rush. This has nothing to do with a particular chapter having a low likability during rush, it just means they got a little carried away with their cuts.

Snap bids have nothing to do with the number of people dropping out of recruitment. Quota is based on the number of PNMs who attend preference divided by the number of sororities.

How does a smaller chapter size mean anything negative about the quality of the chapter? A smaller chapter means more selectivity

No, smaller chapter does not mean more selective. Don't insult all the beautiful girls going thru rush. Smaller chapter means less people mutually selected that house.
