Is a nice romper and wedges nice enough for the third round (4th day)?

Not many people can pull off a romper, if you can, wear it earlier because by the third round things are more formal.

Really? A lot of people I know wear rompers. Why can't people pull it off?

The 4th round is more formal. A romper could work for earlier rounds but a dress is appropriate for the 4th round. Check out the suggested attire on Greek Life.

Do we go from t-shirts three days to formal? I'm confused. Also, I don't like the way I look in t-shirts. Do I have to wear them?

Yes you do have to wear what Panhel provides. You are not a special snowflake. If you hate t-shirts so much you should probably rethink sorority membership.

You have to wear specific things for specific events in a sorority. If you're too delicate to wear a tshirt like everyone else during recruitment then maybe you should rethink joining.
