Why don't you just rush and find out for yourself? I can guarantee that if you blow off certain frats because someone told you they aren't "the best" you'll be kicking yourself when you're stuck with guys you don't fit in with... or no bid at all. The website is filled with bias. Good luck.
Also, Phi Kapp got kicked off.
