tri delta reputation
by: WonderingI've heard that DDD gets kind of a mixed response at TCU. Some think they're super snotty and rude, others think that they've got a good sisterhood and just keep to themselves and do their own thing. I'm not a legacy, but I do personally know girls in the TCU chapter (yes I'm from Texas). What kind of reputation do they have around campus? I don't care much about being "top tier" or super popular, but is it a sorority that people look down on or treat the girls differently because they think all tri-delts are snobby?

Some of the best girls I know (I'm a guy) are Tri delts. The ones I hang out with aren't even from Texas, and they're all pretty chill. If someone treats you poorly because of the sorority you're in then they're probably not someone you wanna be friends with anyway... I think they're secretive in some ways so people don't know how to judge them so they just make up stuff. Only met cool/fun girls from Tri Delt

Tri Delt does have a mixed reputation mainly because they aren't seen much and they are friends mainly with each other. They are not the most inclusive group. That being said, I have met DDD girls in my classes that are wonderful and have been invited to go out with them even though I'm in a different house and I found them to be friendly. I don't think they deserve the negative reputation they do have to deal with.
