will being from out of state be a disadvantage?

by: States

I am excited to go through recruitment and I know a lot of factors go into what girls are chosen to join a chapter. I am not from the south. Will this be a disadvantage for going through recruitment at TCU?
Thank you

This has been asked over and over. There are a couple of sororities that seem to favor texas girls, but even they have girls from out of state. It really isn't that big of a deal.

Tri Delt and Chi Omega seem like they prefer Texans, but even they have a ton of girls from out of state. We love out of state girls.

Every single chapter has out of state girls so don't let this worry you at all.

It is a non factor these days. All chapters have out of state.

this will not be a disadvantage as long as you are familiar with southern recruitment and got your rec letters.

You'll be okay some sororities favor texans but not to the extent that they don't have anyone from oos

There are more out of state than Tx girls so it isn't a issue anymore

It might be a slight disadvantage with Chi Omega Tri Delta and Kappa which tend to favor Texas girls but all those groups have girls from all over as well.
