grad school

by: Incoming

I'm planning to go to Grad School but I do not want to be independent because I think being well rounded is important. Are there houses where more girls have this goal or are they all the same? I can see where some have higher GPA but that doesn't mean they are focused on Grad School. Thank you for any helpful advice.

not many people go to grad school so its not really something people think about when choosing sororities. I'm planning on going to grad school too but it really just depends on the person. Probably the sororities with the highest GPAs would have the highest percentage of people going to grad school. The higher the GPA, the more you care about school. The higher the GPA, the better chance you have of getting into grad school.

The sororities with the highest GPAs are the sororities with a bunch of communications, merchandising, theater arts and criminal justice majors. High GPA does not mean you are academic. It means you have an easy major.

Most sororities' nationals don't even allow grad students. You're old now. Why the hell would you want to hang out with a bunch of 18 year olds? Creepy.

I would say that Chi O, Alpha Chi O or Gamma Phi might be a good fit for someone wanting to go on to graduate school after undergrad but honestly you make your own choices and every house has girls wanting to go on to law school, masters studies... It is on you to work hard.
