why not have rush be more casual? shorts, flip flo

Somebody posted that they thought Rush should be more casual. Especially since it is so hot. Then I started thinking. Why not? Especially the first two day. Why not have everybody wear casual shorts, t-shirt, flip flops visors, and just hold water bottles. Panhellenic could sell Rush water bottles and make a little money. It really would take a lot of the pressure off, and be a lot more authentic. Just something to think about.

Even if they made it casual, girls would still wear prom dresses. Panhellenic tries to make it casual. The first two days are tshirt and shorts with water bottles, but girls still wear the nicest stuff they possibly can. Also you get a free water bottle cause you pay Panhellenic $100 just to go through rush....

If you can't be bothered to look good and make a good impression during recruitment, you probably don't belong in a sorority. Sorry but that's the honest truth.
