What advice would you give to help the incoming girls have a successful recruitment? What helped you the most?

Worry about where you feel welcome than what someone else thinks. Follow your heart.

Treat to recruitment like a professional interview. Look your best, be poised and polite, speak respectfully to everyone you meet and reliaze not every house will be the right fit for you and be ok with that. The right offer will come if you follow this advice.

Just realize that you can only be your best and that if you don't get invited back to a house, don't take it personally. There will be a 1000 girls so they know you as a person. You can be happy in every house and find like minded girls if you let yourself be. That is way better than being independent because greek life is huge here.

The process is emotional and confusing at times but in the end, if you are true to yourself and show appreciation whenever you meet people, things do turn out well in the end. You cannot not know where you will best fit at the end of the week. Just in yourself and know you have the ability to turn any house into your home.
