fraternities the way i see it (and most people)

All fraternities can be divided into "good" and "bad", it's just hard to determine top house and tiers because all "good" houses have a lot to offer. List of good and bad fraternities in my opinion (in no particular order):

Good:
Lambda
Phi Kap
Delt
SigEp
Pi Kap
Sig Chi

Bad:
Phi Delt
Beta
Sigma Nu
Fiji
SAE
Kappa Sig

I guess I could see where you're coming from, but "bad" fraternities is too vague. and "bad" depending on what you're looking for. e.g: bad because they're nerds or bad because they're uninvolved jerks... Two very different types of bad. But I guess the "good" frats are pretty accurate.
