The ranking the way I see it. Somethings could be switched around, but honestly this is how I think it is. Chi O and GPHI could be switched depending on the person and AXO and DDD could switch depending on the person as well.
Zeta/Theta/GPhi
ChiO/PiPhi/DG
KKG/SK/AXO
DDD/ADPI
AOPI
PHIMU

Oh look. It's the GPhi hater again. Nothing "quirky" about them. They are definitely top tier and nice, smart and involved. Sorry you couldn't get a bid.

They're either top or upper middle depending on the person. Probably even with dg and pi phi

Without a question this rank is the most real world rating on here. It isn't that a house is "bad" it's more about being visible, involved, desired, respected and leadership. All groups have this traits to various degrees but those that exemplified these traits more are ranked high. IF you don't like where your chapter is then become active in making changes within your group for the better. Ranking can change pretty dramatically with determination or laziness.
