No one is denied the opportunity to go through recruitment. Every house also must honor upperclass quotas.

All chapters do have quotas of upperclassmen they are required to bid. The numbers are smaller and you need to think about the fact that most of your pledge class will be right out of high school. Will you enjoy that? Only you can decide but if your answer if yes, then do not let your age discourage you.
