There is no way to tell. Nobody knows what you're like. I wouldn't say you need to know people. Sigma Chis are usually super chill and nice dudes, so if you're a good guy and they like you then it shouldn't be too hard.

I know they take where a kid is from into account. There's a lot of kids from Houston, but there's no way to tell until you meet them
