Tri Delt used to be "the house" years ago but they have gotten kind of lazy and are not involved much. They have some nice girls though despite their reputation to the contrary.

Texas tradition reigns in this chapter. Tri Delt is just too low key and undercover for their own good. The ones I know, I like but they just don't do much.
