Whether this is fair or not you still have a stigma when you wear these letters. The girls are nice and welcome a lot of California girls. PNM'S will have to decide if they want the rep.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at Texas Christian University - TCU 4.0 These girls are welcoming to Texas and out of state girls. They are pretty and love to party. Their rep has suffered from letting some of their girls get out of hand but it seems they started working on it this past year. These girls aren't as sloppy as Kappa or Pi Phi they are just a newer house so they get more grief. Honestly at TCU " top tier" basically just means an old house. There are no real tiers. The old houses love to throw that term around but it doesn't mean they are better.
