Considered a top house but they aren't all that involved or social. They are smart and hard to get a bid from. In fact, if you aren't invite to their preselection sleepover you aren't getting in. Everyone knows they break every recruitment rule but Panhellinic does nothing about it.

A Strong reputation and top academics keep Chi O on top. Too many stories of pre selection of members and breaking all recruitment rules to be considered top house. If you don't get a private sleepover invite before recruitment turn off anything you hear. You aren't getting a bid.
